Chocolate Ganache Brownies

Ingredients

  • Brownie Mixture

1 cup milk chocolate

1 stick of butter

1 cup flour

1 cup white sugar

½ cup milk 

  • Ganache

1 ½ cups chocolate

1 ½ cups heavy cream

1 block cream cheese

 

Instructions

Step 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease your pan or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2. In one bowl add 1 cup of milk chocolate with one stick of butter. Place it in the microwave for 45 seconds to melt it. Once done, stir it together.

Step 3. In the same bowl add in 1 cup of flour, 1 cup  of white sugar and ½ cup of milk. Mix it all together until there are no lumps seen. Pour it into the prepared pan and place it in the oven for 30 minutes.

Step 4. While the brownies are baking make the ganache. In a pot over low heat add in 1 ½ cups of chocolate and 1 ½ cups of heavy cream. Melt it, make sure not to let it boil as it can burn the chocolate. Once it is melted, take it off the heat to let it cool.

Step 5. When brownies are finished baking, take them out and let them cool for at least 10 minutes. Once cooled you can pour the ganache on top and serve it up. Optional, you can top the brownies with a small amount of flaky salt.
